Preparation Instructions
1. Warm some plant-based milk gently in a pan; oat milk is our favorite!
2. Carefully chop or grate your ceremonial cacao, measure the desired amount, and add it to the milk. We recommend 20g for everyday use and 40g for ceremonial purposes.
3. As the cacao melts, whisk it thoroughly and add a small handful of blue lotus flowers, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and honey. For a smoother, creamier, and frothier drink, blend the mixture.
