Hapé is a sacred shamanic snuff medicine traditionally used by several Amazonian tribes, including the Katukina, Yawanawa, Kaxinawa, Nukini, Kuntanawa, Apurinã, Ashaninka, and Matses. Each tribe produces its own unique blend and has distinct preparation methods, often accompanied by specific rituals and songs.
